กรณีคะแนน IELTS ไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำในการเข้าเรียนหลักสูตรหลักโดยตรง นักเรียนสามารถเลือกเรียนปรับพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษ English Language Preparation (ELP) เพิ่มเติมล่วงหน้าได้ และเมื่อสอบผ่านตามเกณฑ์ของคอร์ส จะสามารถเข้าเรียน Foundation หรือ IYO ต่อได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องไปสอบ IELTS ใหม่ภายนอก โดยมีเกณฑ์การรับสมัครแยกตามจำนวนเทอมที่ต้องเรียนดังนี้:
 
สำหรับผู้ที่จะเข้าหลักสูตร International Foundation Year
    • เรียนภาษาเพิ่ม 1 เทอม (1 Term – ประมาณ 10-12 สัปดาห์):
        • IELTS Academic UKVI 4.5 overall (minimum 4.5 ในพาร์ท Writing และอย่างน้อย 4.0 ในพาร์ทอื่น ๆ ทั้งหมด)

สำหรับผู้ที่จะเข้าหลักสูตร International Year One (IYO)
  • เรียนภาษาเพิ่ม 1 เทอม (1 Term – ประมาณ 10-12 สัปดาห์):
    • IELTS Academic UKVI 5.0 overall (minimum 5.0 ในพาร์ท Writing และอย่างน้อย 4.5 ในพาร์ทอื่น ๆ ทั้งหมด)

      • วิทยาลัยที่มีห้องประเภทนี้: Lonsdale, Grizedale, Fylde, และ Furness College
      • ราคาเริ่มต้น: ประมาณ £203.42 – £206.08 ต่อสัปดาห์ 

  • Standard Room / Shared Bathroom (แชร์ทั้งห้องน้ำและห้องครัว)
